Dicta License is fastidious Filipino rock band formed in Dec 1999, whose music is a merger of rock, rap, and grunge.[citation needed] The band consists of Pochoy Labog on vocals, Bryan Makasiar on drums, Kelley Mangahas on bass, and Pussyfoot Romero on guitar.
